This firm refuses to acknowledge any wrong doing, mismanagement or any deficiency on their part. They're taking money i suffered for to bolster their bottom line. So I filed a complaint with the Attorney Ethics Committee for assistance for their violations

I have used this firm for 28 years for several work injuries. They took advantage of my loyalty! They took 3 years to settle. Almost had them removed last year. They failed to inform me of fee increase or give fee arbitration as required by law. I had to tell them the independent exam doctors findings to submit settlement. Then after settlement, the insurance carrier failed to pay me in 60 days. The attorney never contacted me after I signed the agreement, he had his assistant do it. He's afraid to communicate, stated he was afraid of respondent attorney and allowed 18 months delay. They failed to represent me accordingly. Once the 60 days past, should have filed a motion for damages. But they got paid and refused, blamed delay on me. They kept $2500 of my settlement on top their fee. Don't call them for workers compensation.
