My family found out that my uncle had passed away Christmas Eve and the funeral home director suggested Janet to take care of getting myself the executiver of estate. She had multiple offices and I didn't hear back right away but it was a bad time with the holidays.

Finally got a hold of her and got the death certificate to her on January 8th 2025 where she told us she would start the process since my uncle owned multiple rental properties and owner his own business there was alot to go through and she was supposed to call the realtor to talk over values. It took a week to hear back from her and in the meantime the realtor reached out stating she never called him to talk over the values of the properties on January 23rd 2025 I reached out to Janet once again to have her reach out to the realtor.

January 24th my family received letters stating another family member has hired a lawyer and is trying to receive power over the estate, this is when Janet decided to get in gear. We met on February 1st at my home to do the paperwork with my family and have it notarized, Janet then asked for $5k to start the process LUCKILY my aunt talked her down to 3k a thousand from each of my uncles siblings. Janet took the checks and had them cashed.

February 7th she emailed me paperwork for myself to be notarized and have it mailed back to her which I had certified mailed on February 13th. I gave her some time since I know the courts aren't fast reached out March 12th where Janet then asked me if I had ever mailed her the paperwork which was received a few days after mailed. Janet then ignored all text and calls from myself and the surviving siblings.On April 2nd my family decided enough is enough and start talking to a new lawyer who was able to check with the courts if any paperwork was filed and Janet did not file any paperwork.

We called and let her know we were no longer in need of her services due to the circumstances and on May 12th Janet had the nerve to file the paperwork to the courts after our new lawyer had done on the paperwork and submitted it within the month unlike her.

I have not responded to this email she is still in possession of my uncles death certificate and the keys to his properties which Janet and her secretary have been avoiding out calls, texts, and emails. Janet took advantage of my family by taking their money with no service in return. Please do not hire Janet Jackson or Vote for her to be Judge !
