I hired Dana Oglesby to be my bankruptcy attorney when I had to file chapter 7 bankruptcy after the death of a loved one. The first appointment where I needed to bring in all the requested documents that were needed to get started, Dana was not there. Someone else had to take my documents and copy them and meet with me to discuss details. The meeting with the creditors via Zoom, Dana was not there. Someone else from the firm was there in her place. I would have appreciated having actually there, especially when dealing with a Credit Union.

Update: Dana did reach out to me, and we straightened the situation out. So, she did make things right.
