				After I met and talked to Hugh Jackson before retaining him, I thought I had found myself a winner; he talked a good game but he turned out to be just a legend in his own mind...



Hugh only asserts himself with his clients; in court he's meek as a kitten.  He dragged my case on and on and on...



...until all my resources were gone to legal fees.

				Because of a family trust dispute, I worked with Mr. James Efting of the Jackson and Efting Law Firm. From the first moment, he was professional and had years of experience and insight to offer. The case went on for over 2 years and he was always available to advise and guide me through the rough periods. I always felt through this process that I had chosen the right attorney to represent me. After a grueling trial and much guidance from my attorney, I was notified that the judge had ruled in our favor. He continued to support me thru the agonizing possibility of an appeal.
