Roughly 15 years ago I was referred to J Patrick Quinn's Office for my Last Will And Testament preparedness. I was very happy with how smooth the process went and happy to get It done. Years had gone by and I needed an addendum on my will and had reached out and requested he assist with it since their office did the original. When I reached out I was not responded back to for atleast 7 weeks. Once I was finally acknowledged an appt was made and kept I was able to get the process started. Feeling confident with my decision again, until roughly 2 months go by, I end up in a local hospital and needed this to be taken care of as soon as possible, uncertain of my health and future of it. I reached out and got hit with no responses which was typical but then was told that it would be an extra fee and back to silence. After my daughter reached out, she received a phone call, explained how it was a time sensitive matter and she was then hit with silence for almost a week. The lack of care, no responses, no calls back and the whole situation was a nightmare but finally got an email response over a week later saying they had availability. Perfect 👌 Then took another week for the certified copies, we were told we would get 2 copies and the original. We got 1 copy only and the original of the D-POA. This was the most unprofessional situation I have ever been in. The non communication, lack of information, days of being ignored and not being honest about what was being given at the end. I wouldn't suggest this law firm to anyone who wants it done RIGHT.
