Vanessa Rudolph works here now. I hired her to help negotiate a divorce settlement with my wife. While she filled the role of negotiating good enough, and her rates were favorable, when I tried to contact her about a concern soon after the divorce was signed but within the 30 day grace period it took her 3 and a half weeks to get a response back to me which brough me outside of the grace period so I lost out on addressing my concern. During that time i had other pressing issues that came up and calling her office once every 2-3 days didnt' seem to help. During that call, I was hung up on for her to prioritize her other clients. My advice is to make sure you don't pay her full up front until everything is absolutely settled.
