Be very careful with this lawyer. I paid him $1800 to bankrupt me and gave him all the documents he asked for. He told me that in a couple of months my bankruptcy would be over but that never happened. Every time I
I asked for an update on my case, He asked for a new document, I just gave it and told me in two days I will call you to give you a court date, 1 week passed and nothing, I called and almost always the wife Nancy answered and she always gave me excuses and never helped me: (they disappeared since they only rented a space in Temecula in 2018 to meet with clients I want to think, and then they no longer called me nor could I contact them.

I filed a lawsuit and it didn't help at all because the lawyer had the nerve to say that I would never give him the documents he asked for and that was a lie because, I gave him everything and he said “that’s all I need, I'll call you to inform you the court date and he never did:(

But sadly the judge believed his lies and even with proof of calls and proof of checks where I paid him $1800, the judge ruled in his favor and that affected me emotionally and economically, it was 1 year 😞 He make me loose my time my money and affect me emotionally:(

Later, thank God, I found an honest and good lawyer who processed my bankruptcy in Less than 2 months without any problems, I gave him everything he asked as I did with Trahan but this attorney was honest y trusting person. So be careful and I hope this lawyer one day pays for his corruption for stealing from those who with so much sacrifice put together the payment that he stole from us like in my case and that God forgives him for the emotional damage he caused me.
