This individual cost me thousands of dollars on three occurrences. Poor reputation as an auctioneer and appraiser. Is far from being professional, honest, or ethical. Sent bills for services I did not authorize and did no research on appraisal. My first experience with him twenty years ago he more or less stole things I already purchased and put them on an auction at a home I purchased.

Bought not 1 but 2 flatscreen tvs from his auction tonight. As i am bidding he says outloud "if they dont work, dont call me". i thought we was just joking around. HE WASN'T.!!. What a way to run a business. I got them home and BOTH tvs are broken. Unrepairable!. I think he knew they were junk and sold them anyway. I will never attend another auction of his.
