We hired this firm regarding a subdivision and zoning matter. Communication was delayed, we had to repeatedly follow up for answers. Several important concerns were not thoroughly addressed. At times we were billed for work we did not believe we receive causing a reduction after bringing those concerns forward ourselves.
Most frustrating was that we were initially led to believe we had a strong case, but as the process moved forward, we did not feel the firm provided the level of strategy, clarity, or advocacy we expected for the fees charged!
Unfortunately, by the time meaningful answers were pursued, much of the development process had already moved forward.
We were left feeling frustrated, unheard, and uncertain that all legal avenues and questions had been fully explored.
Clients deserve timely communication, careful attention to detail and full transparency through the process. That was not our experience.
Based on our experience, we would not use this firm again for a complicated land use or zoning dispute.
