Not sure what happened. Part 1: I called in early November because I need a Living Trust asap . I have a medical condition and don't want my kids left in limbo and my property misdirected. I went back and forth ( or tried) several times because I could only get answers briefed, by text or not answered at all. Right away the woman said everything had to move quickly and a deposit would be needed if I decided to move forth because they take a long holiday break . I said ok. Part 2- Owner then sent an email w/an attachment explaining difference between revocable and non-revocable trusts. Then the woman said they couldn't take anyone till after the holidays. They gave me such a small amount of time (one to two days to retrieve message and reply) . Part 3: They then reached out and said they had a cancellation and they could take another client so I called them right away. They then said the attorney owner would call me the next day . Somewhere in the midst of all of this, I let them know that this would be simple, as I did not own any real property but I had tangible property that had substantial value. I was ready! I never got a call back from the attorney. It was kind of strange- the customer service part. I saw the reviews were stellar which is why I wanted to go with this business but I found it was not a great impression for me.
