We were able to drop off a box of documents to Travis and Audry ( using a check list they provided). Attorney Travis Pierce and his office manager Audrey, took care of everything submitted papers and kept us updated of what to expect and timeliness and timelines of how the process worked. They had everything organized and turned in for our parent. Travis and Audrey did an excellent job filing the document and representing. When parent needed to do a phone interview, Travis and Audry explained what to expec, so it wasn't an intimidating process.
