It's unfortunate that I find myself having to write this review but the degree of total incompetence displayed throughout the entire course of the blatant physical assault on myself by the staff at a hotel in EL (Woodspring Suites on West Rd.) is simply monstrous, absolutely stunning. Not only did the police themselves fail pathetically by waiting DAYS before even trying to pull the incident footage from their cameras, as if they were unaware that deleting evidence is standard practice after any establishment's staff commit a crime upon a customer and most places do it every 24 hours anyway. Of course, after this STUNNING display of incompetence which is obviously the fault of the EL police dept. for their initial failure to arrest these individuals or do anything else subsequently, the prosecutor's office utterly fails to take any kind of action either to even bring the case. So this is apparently the normal way these people deal with serious crimes? Felonies, even assaults, that are reported to them are just put off until the responsible party (at least if it's a business) is given ample time to destroy the evidence of the crimes they just committed. Literally, after someone informs EL police that they were JUST assaulted a few minutes prior, and displays visible bruises from this, they simply refuse to arrest the accused party at all?! What a completely PATHETIC show by all involved with handling this. I hope you people all get what's coming to you, because I know that it surely is, and absolutely all the same to the EL police and the failed legal system in this country.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the handling of our stolen vehicle case, which was submitted to the prosecutor’s office in February. It has now been over two months, and there has been no communication or progress on the matter. The lack of updates or action is frustrating and unacceptable.

We have identified the suspect, but we cannot proceed with an arrest due to the absence of a warrant. This delay is not only hindering justice but is also causing severe financial strain for those involved, as the stolen vehicle is their primary source of income.

The delay has been far too long, and this issue is critical for the affected individuals. Immediate action is needed to issue a warrant and move forward with the case. The continued lack of progress is disappointing and needs to be addressed as soon as possible.

I strongly urge the prosecutor’s office to prioritize this case and take swift action.
