I dropped off documents for attorney Cody at Ingerman & Horwitz four weeks ago today for review. He assured me that he would call me by the end of that week, but I never received a follow-up. After several attempts to reach him, I finally spoke with him today. He admitted he still hadn’t reviewed my file, and when I mentioned that it had been four weeks, he abruptly yelled, “Well, go to another attorney, take care,” and hung up the phone.

This level of disrespect and disregard for a potential client’s time is unacceptable. Attorneys should value their clients, not treat them as an inconvenience. I strongly recommend finding an attorney who respects your time and treats you with professionalism and courtesy.
