I would NOT recommend Laureen seely if she is still practicing law, she did nothing at all to help my case but talk to the prosecutor, I had to bring up dropping a charge down, (she wanted to take the first offer or go to trial), then told me at least five times that refusing a breathalyzer automatically suspends a permit to carry for a year, I then waited the year, paid for the permit to carry class, paid to file the paperwork, just to be told a day after I submitted the paperwork that my permit was actually never suspended at all, and that the refusal rule she told me FIVE times isn’t a law and has never been, I still have yet to get an explanation on how and where she found this information, I hope she retired.
