Hello All,
i felt it was only right that I came over here and gave my personal experience on this journey is Immigration Law Practice because I have just become a US citizen after 6 years, it is indeed a process but it is very possible and I am truly grateful to them because my case had some issues. I moved to the states in 2016, got married and applied for EAD and green card. I received my EAD in 3 months (March 2017) and GC (Dec 2017).
Unfortunately in the last months of 2019 my ex and I got divorced. During this period my GC was expiring and I had to file for removal of conditions. Being young and in love my ex and I did not really keep much documentation of our lives together so proving marriage was bonifide, that was a challenge. Luckily Miss Lowe provided me information, documentation, advice and conselling. She walked me through the application and thoroughly helped me prepare my package for removal of conditions and she did so even after I got an RFE from USCIS for removal of conditions. Immigration Law Practice thoroughly helped me prepare my response in less than 9 business days USCIS approved me for my 10 yr green card ( October 2021). Now today I am proud to say I am a US Citizen (April 2024 and Miss Lowe and Immigration Law Practice had a very huge part to play in me completing this long journey. I just want extend my gratitude and appreciation to Miss Lowe, she's professional, thorough, polite and most importantly she's been doing this for over 20 years if I am not mistaken, so she knows exactly what she is doing. Every case is different but we are all trying to achieve a common goal of being able to live and work in the US. I am certain Immigration Law Practice makes it possible to achieve that goal.
Once again, thank you you guys so much!!
