Do not hire this law firm! Everything changes the second your payment clears. Before that, they’re responsive, attentive, all over it. After that, silence. They ghosted me completely. Every email, every call, nothing. It got so bad the court clerk personally called me to warn that my own attorney had gone dark and my case was at risk. Let that sink in: the court couldn’t reach them either. I had to scramble for new counsel on short notice, and even my new attorney couldn’t get them to hand over my file. They finally reappeared at the last possible minute on the day of court to sign the substitution of attorney. I paid $2,500 for representation I never received…no real work, no communication. First I reached out to them multiple times then I’ve filed for fee arbitration through the NJ attorney fee process. And read the other reviews first: their move is to reply claiming they’ve never heard of the reviewer. I have the retainer agreement, the payment records, and every email. So if they post that denial under mine, understand what you’re watching, a firm caught in a pattern, denying a client they were paid by, with the receipts sitting right here. Just go through lowest reviews and see that this isn’t just one bad review. This is how they operate.

I appreciate the knowledge of this attorney and how quickly he resolves problems.

Incompetent, unprofessional and careless. The first red flag is that they had basically a glorified office manager and a bad one at that named Andrew with a title of a C-suite executive. Multiple emails and unanswered calls, dismissed due to servicing issues and mistakes the firm made. Cases usually need to be handled with urgency, precision, consistency, experience and care. None of those words apply here. They should switch to only pay if you win model, there would be less damage on the population and then they would probably care more.

The final straw: I received a call on the actual day of my court appearance, with no prior notice that I was required to be there. Had I not been available to show up on short notice, my case would have been dismissed by default. Once I arrived at the courthouse, I was pushed toward dismissing the case as if it belonged in small claims court — despite my explaining that the matter exceeded small claims limits and should have proceeded to Superior Court. Instead, the firm asked for an additional payment on top of what I’d already financed, then went unresponsive again. I’m now out the money I paid, nothing was accomplished on my case, and I’ve had to start over by seeking new representation. Based on this experience, I’d caution anyone considering this firm: avoid financing the full fee upfront, get all commitments in writing, and confirm court dates independently rather than relying on the firm to notify you.

Poor communication. I pay for you guys to represent me and to handle something as simple as a traffic ticket. It took me calling you guys back 3 months later after finding out my license was suspended to tell me that we were waiting on a new court date. Way to go guys that's real proactive and then the next day after you magically got me a court date.
