I went to this Law Firm, and met Jacob, this was well over a year, maybe even two years ago in the year 2023 I believe. Mr. Guzman was his assistant and they were very helpful. I don’t know what happened but the lawyer, I had , that I was trying to. get away from lied, told me that Jacob and the Huseman Law Firm, said they were not going to even be involved in my case. Jacob had told me I believe that he would take the case and I thought he was going help transition me to his Law Firm, but something happened, , and the previous lawyer, that I was trying to remove, I believe told some lies and made it to where I would stick with him.. He was going to get all the papers that I gave to Jacob and the Law Firm and have a runner pick them up or something, but I got very angry, And I told them, Mr. Guzman, specifically that I brought those papers there and that they were mine and he was not to give them to the previous lawyer or anyone else. I was rude and very angry about it. So they sent them back to me via certified mail. So I do believe the previous lawyer was the one at fault, and he caused a lot of confusion and a lot of angriness on my part. Unfortunately., Mr. Hubert, and Mr. Guzman and the Huesman Law Firm got cheated out of a case, if they were indeed going to take it, because the previous Lawyer told me that they would not take it and were not going to take it at all and were never going to be involved so I believe it was Him who caused such confusion, and mixed up othings up, to the point where I thought Mr. Hubert had lied to me. and caused me to be angry with Jacob and Mr. Guzman and the Huseman
Law Firm. He also cheated me out of a chance, to have a better lawyer, and to see how I would really like the Huseman Law Firm. Unfortunately, I didn’t get that Chance. I wrote a negative review a while back about all this and I shouldn’t have, and if you did Read it, I am retracting anything I ever said there… I feel that I was just cheated out of a chance to use them because the prior lawyer twisted things around to his point of view. Now, if Mr. Hubert and the Law Firm, were not going to take my case, which Jacob led me to believe they would, I would’ve thought they would’ve told me upfront and face-to-face. But I never got that from them, and all they got from me was an angry., So-called new client, because of something that the prior lawyer mixed up and lied about. I am very sorry that I did not give them a fair shake at Huseman. I just thought they had abandoned me in midstream. Now I think I know different.. They seemed very professional there, and I wish I could try and use them again. but I’m sure that bridge is burned.

I recently wrote a negative review about about J. And I didn't use his last name. I don't think, but I have come to the conclusion and have found out after two years that it was not them that lied to me when they said they would take the case it was my prior lawyer that I was trying to get away from that lied to me. He told me that the HUSEMAN law Firm said they weren't going to get involved with my case and so I kind of thought they had abandoned me and thought that they had lied to me and that made me stick back with the prior lawyer. So he caused all the confusion and the mixup and made me think that they were the ones that didn't want to work with me. So I got angry and wanted all my papers back from that Law Firm and the prior lawyer that I was trying to get away with it told me oh I had to. I'm having a runner pick them up and I contacted the HUSEMAN law Firm and told the assistant to the attorney that I was going to hire , that I thought was going to take the case, we'll just call him J. And I told that assistant, Mr. Guzman, that they had no right and they better not send my papers back with a runner or they had no right to give my papers back to that lawyer that they were my papers and I wanted them back. And they sent them back via certified mail. So I've gone for two years thinking that they were the ones that did me wrong and it wasn't them at all, it was the prior lawyer, with his lies and deceit that caused me to get angry and write a horrible review for the HUSEMAN Law Firm, and in particular the lawyer J.. I retract everything that I said in my negative reviews here about them at the HUSEMAN Law Firm. They were very professional people, and helpful to me, and it was because of an unprofessional lawyer that I was made to believe that they had lied and gone behind my back and talked to the prior lawyer about not taking the case. I feel very bad about this, but I do believe they are a very good Law Firm, and I'm sorry I didn't give them a fair shake to begin with, instead of automatically getting angry, and not trying to find out their side of the story. I was cheated out of the chance to be able to use this Law Firm because of what the prior lawyer said and did, and I don't know if they really did want to take the case. They said they would, so they were cheated out of another client. All due to lies, told by the prior attorney. Don't worry, I replaced him finally, so he no longer represents me either.
