Nasty attitudes from initial calls to inquire about hiring Hurst. So, just said never-mind and moved on to the next attorney that had better customer service reps taking calls ……

While my experience with attorney Fees I’ll was very pleasantly and effortless, the staff mostly the paralegal I’ve talked to are rude and condescending. Will made the process simple. During the process I had an issue and was told to reach out to my legal team I did and was told a paralegal would get back to me. After almost 2 weeks went by and I didn’t hear back. I called for update and the paralegal was so rude. With the process being unfamiliar you think they would have compassion or at least better customer service. At the end of conversation I was told to send email to help address and never heard back.

Update: after reaching back out get again I finally got movement on my problem I had during the process. They scheduled me an appointment to come in and I met with Mr. Hurst himself, who was very understanding and upset about the situation at hand but also very humane and supportive of my present need. He throughly went above and above to rectify the situation and I left feeling like a weight was lifted and in better spirits about my case. Don’t find to may lawyers willing to go the extra mile and treat you like an actual client instead of another case number. While some of his office staff needs training on professionalism and customer service I would recommend Hurst law firm for the work they do.
