Jonathan at Huber Law Group was engaged for representation on a family trust (I was the executor). Jonathan did a great job of not only navigating the estate laws and the accounting - including formal accounting - he was exceptional on the nuances of the family dynamics. I had engaged two other attorneys in this matter and also dealt with my siblings attorney's. Hands down, Jonathan was the most knowledgeable and easiest to work with. Not to throw shade on the other attorneys, but Huber Law Group was the best of all of them. If you're looking for an estate attorney, just make it easy on yourself and hire Huber Law Group.

After trying to seek representation with this Firm. I've decided not to move forward with this firm after encountering immediate pushback from their assistant over a simple intake form that can be sent via email. Even after i stated im at work and cannot make phone calls. The unwillingness to cooperate from the assistant at the very beginning with a simple intake form is a major red flag regarding the level of communication and representation I would receive. If there is this much resistance over a basic intake form, I can only imagine how difficult the actual court forms and legal processes would be to handle with them. I would rather seek representation with a firm willing to work with you and you're case. Not based of a form that cant be completeded via email. Probate is already hard enough situation to deal with. Let alone push back on a simple form.
