We talked with attorney Rife a few weeks ago about our circumstances. He was late to the call because of being in court, which we totally understood.

Since we are an out-of-state family, he assured us his experience and current caseload that involved other similar situations. Attorney Rife even offered to perform an additional courtesy for us during the conversation. We did our due diligence and shopped around and called back recently because we decided to go with the firm. We called back and were told that he was unavailable to help us.

I did overlook some ruder interactions over the phone with some of their other team members and when I inquired more about reasons, the representative didn't even acknowledge my inquiry and kept changing the subject. We are really appalled because this is the first type of engagement like this EVER with an attorney and we have dealt with many over the years for various reasons.

Wow. I am still dumbfounded over this. One would think consultations would be limited if this was the case but that was never mentioned.

Highly recommend Mr Rife. Had issues with Ed Wenger loosing papers. 34 days to get something that should have been 1 week. Then misspelled name. Never disclosed information about additional charges.
Mr Rife stepped up & resolved my issue 100%. Very professional & cares about job & satisfaction of clients. Mr Rife paralegal Trisha corrected Mr Wenger mistake 100%. Just stay away from Ed Wenger for professional services

Person who answered the phone was rude and ended the call abruptly without answering the question asked of them. I do not recommend this firm.

Attorney Rife and the staff have always been extremely helpful. I have had to use their services numerous times, and they have ALWAYS delivered!
