I have had the firm representing me now.43 years, five different lawyers.And i'm still waiting

I hired this law firm years ago for a workers compensation case, and all I can say is that they're one of the worst lawfirms around for employment or work comp cases. Attorneys and paralegals are terrible. Especially attorney Anne Gillespie, who is the most incompetent attorney I've ever met.

They will not answer emails or phone calls. They will not update you about your case. You will not get paid for being out of work with a work injury, no backpay, and no medical. Make no mistake, they act like they work for your employer, instead of you.

Atrocious. Based on my experience, I can't recommend their law firm, services, or attorneys. Horrible. Worst place around. Absolutely useless. Don't hire them.

How they have any good reviews is beyond me. Ridiculous. Never hire them! You will lose. All their TV commercials make me sick! Terrible attorneys. They will be sued for legal malpractice. They're under investigation by the state. The reason they dont have bad reviews is because they have them erased. Don't trust them. They're a shady lawfirm.

I was extremely worried when I got into my accident, I didn't know what I would do about getting a lawyer. But when I found Horwitz and first started communicating with them, I felt so at ease and in good hands. Not only were they on top of keeping me in the loop about my case, they made me feel assured they would do their absolute best to help me, and they sure did! Roberta was amazing and she was super easy to talk to. Not once did I think I made the wrong choice, and I'll definitely be recommending Horwitz to everyone I know!
