Tried to hire them bad communication, they never got back to me, I would not recommend this firm

They're terrible at everything. Workers compensation cases? The worst of the worst. Getting paid for an injury? They could care less.

I left a 5 star review for Wade, who took my initial call, and it was very pleasant and professional 3 years ago. I was not very familiar with the Illinois Work Comp process and how much they favor the employer and their insurance company. My attorney was Tyler and he always returned my calls and emails, most of the time within a few hours to less than 24. He did a great job explaining how the process would go and he was spot on with that. It took a little over 3 years. They sent investigators to watch me, they drug their feet and we kept on the opposing side. They stopped paying me and Tyler fixed that. We won our case and I received exactly what I was expecting. Overall I was very happy with my experience with Tyler, and his staff. Cynthia is great as well. She filled in the gaps when Tyler was out or in court. She always made sure the I’s were dotted and T’s crossed. I would choose this firm 100% again if the need arises. Thanks Tyler, and your team! Horwitz and Horwitz get 5 stars from me!
