I recently had my trust updated. It took quite awhile before they gave me the rough draft. Reading the rough drafts, I found several typos including my name throughout several documents. A few paragraphs were included that they didn’t ask me about. By the time I got the final paperwork, my husband had passed away. I was not told what paperwork needed to be filed with the court. I was told that by another attorney.
