She was my daughters lawyer, and i would not recommend having her, as she did nothing to help my daughter. She forgot many things about the case, that she should of known, she called my daughter by the wrong name, and she told us when to be in court (the day, place, and time) in sioux falls, and we got there and sat for a half hour and nobody showed up, so i went and questioned it, and was told the court was in Canton, not SF. She screwed up again. I honestly thought she was getting dementia. Hope is not even worth 1 star!!

If I could do negative stars I would. Hope literally forgot who I was and or what my case was about. There was many issues but the most embarrassing was when we were in court to get a mental health hold on parental visits I had to remind her of what I was trying to do. I wasn’t told to bring anything for evidence, we were supposed to speak prior to court but I was blown off until hours before but she couldn’t find the court house so that wasn’t the amount of time I should have had. In conversing all she could tell us about was the new expensive office she was moving to. In court she didn’t address what was needed to be addressed and was merely repeating what was already in the paperwork already. The judge literally rolled his eyes at her… it was absolutely embarrassing. And to add the cherry on top she forgot my name in the middle of court… she called me by my daughter’s name until the judge corrected her. I literally was screwed over on many different things throughout but mostly she screwed over my daughter being forced into a situation that risked her well being. Spend the money and go elsewhere i had to constantly pester and push yet it did no good she would forget us each time…
