Hoogewind has extorted getting his legal fees paid for six months counseling his client to refuse to pay monthly mortgage payments and live for nothing off of me. The deed and mortgage debt are only in my name so only my credit is hurt. I am threatened not to trespass my own property to inspect or enter and found it trashed in February. Hoogewind counsels his client to tell police that I am harassing him when I come to collect payment, make repairs or inspect.

Total disregard for the private property rights of a grandmother struggling to pay every month, intentionally dragging out litigation. Hoogewind doesn't have any conscience about ruining my credit, forcing me into foreclosure and causing me to lose my home. Beyond Cruel, Criminal.

I have reported Jack Hoogewind to the FL Bar for forcing a grandmother into foreclosure. Counseling his client and his son on parole for his 4th DUI to not pay any mortgage payments since March so he can get his legal fees paid. At 61 she will have her home foreclosed and credit ruined because she is the only one on the mortgage debt. Very unethical way of collecting legal fees from a client who can not pay it otherwise. Deceitful and a form of theft by proxy.
