I had been fired by my employer the day I returned from FMLA leave and offered a small severance of just a few weeks pay to walk away. I knew I was being illegally fired and discriminated against as a person with multiple disabilities. I sought to find a lawyer to help me negotiate a more appropriate deal for my employer’s actions against me. I had a solid case, and still after calling about 10 lawyers, I was having trouble finding someone who would take on my employer.

Just 15 minutes after speaking with one of Ed’s associates, on a Friday evening, I received a call from Ed himself who was more than ready and happy to work on my case! He prepared and sent over an excellent counter offer so quickly and was very thorough with reviewing all the case information in just a couple days!
