My experience with Ms. Dunn constituted a clear breach of fiduciary duty and, I believe, professional negligence. Despite my unambiguous, repeated, and documented directives to file a motion to vacate, she executed a restraining order against me on October 5, 2021, without my written or verbal consent and in direct contradiction to our attorney-client communications. She subsequently committed perjury under penalty of perjury (RCW 9A.72.040) by testifying that we had an oral agreement via a phone call. By binding me to an unauthorized, prejudicial CR2A agreement that lacked a 'meeting of the minds' and unilaterally imposing a restrictive order that stripped me of my custodial rights and constitutional liberties, Ms. Dunn failed in her duty of loyalty and obedience under Block v. Barcus. I would caution any prospective client to demand strict proof of her adherence to their expressed wishes, as her conduct demonstrated a complete disregard for client-directed advocacy and the rules of professional conduct.

For years, I procrastinated in writing my Will until a friend recommended this firm. I met with Lars Andersen and, lo and behold, he made it easy and straightforward. He listened intently to my wishes and translated them into the appropriate legal language. He advised me on the best ways to express my wishes. I have made numerous revisions to my Will and he has always been patient and kind and I always know he is looking out for my best interests. This firm has a very family oriented feel and a genuine feeling of honesty and integrity. I have referred many friends to Lars and will continue to do so.
