I spent a week waiting to receive the required paperwork for intake via email. They were made aware of the timeline I was on and I guess that was my first mistake. I waited 3 days to receive the list of documents I needed to send, they didn’t come. I call the following Monday, i’m told that someone will send them soon or reach out directly. It’s been a week and it’s radio silence. I think this is really unacceptable behavior in a line of work that involves something as sensitive as ADA and FMLA. My situation involves not only my job, but my health, so to be completely ignored is disgusting and I will never recommend this firm to a friend. I couldn’t even receive a consultation.
