If you are in need of a criminal attorney find a better lawyer to represent yourself than Mr Tomsheck. He will take your money and provide less service and work minimun and will not care about you other than the retainer . He is not worth the five digit number that he charges but you will never see that money back. But his legal advice is no better than a beginner lawyer book picked up in a library or watching law and order reruns .
