Statement Regarding Attorney Carl Senior

I retained Attorney Charlie Senior to represent me in a legal matter. He initially agreed to handle the case for no more than $7,000. After our agreement, he unexpectedly attempted to charge me an additional $3,000, raising the total cost to $10,000, contrary to what was originally discussed.

Additionally, Mr. Senior was unprofessional in his conduct and failed to notify me properly regarding one of my cases, resulting in a negative outcome without giving me the opportunity to defend myself.

Based on my experience, I found that Mr. Senior was not transparent or upfront about his fees or his communication. I would caution others to ensure all terms are clearly documented before working with him.
