Worst experience ever!!!... I have called repeatedly over the last two weeks. On my first call my German shepherd kept barking while I was speaking to the secretary that answered. Well... at the end of the call I told my dog he was being rude. As couple seconds later, Hinsons secretary called me to scorn me, asking very aggressively, "How was I rude to you sir?" I was completely confused for a second. Then I replied "umm, I was talking to my dog, letting him know, his barking was rude. And now she has not passed on the messages to Jack. And is now actually quite rude every time I call!!! My grandfather was a constable, a jailer, and a dispatcher in Lexington for most of my life. Everyone in Lexington is normally very kind. And to Jack, I truly hope you have only lost my business from this experience. But I am sure by her actions as of late, you have lost a lot of business do to her deciding whether or not they deserve your help. And that is so sad.
