I have to give them credit for their marketing skills at getting you to hire them . Worse mistake I made choosing them ,they are in my view awful,unprofessional and borderline disgusting. In the first stage of your law suit while you getting treatment and therapy they are ok .Then when the treatment ends and the negotiation and payment with the insurance company starts all correspondence with you the client ends .They receive payment and they hold on to it for months without revealing it to you ,they lie about settling and cover all the money they get without revealing a word to you . I would NEVER hire them again and I don't think anyone should.

Ken had been the greateast I have had to question so much with this company but Ken has assisted and followed up, which means so much to me. I hope that Hilguard Lawyer has more people I can because I’ve had the last year of no compliance. Nothing I’m glad that they hired Ken. He seems to be very thorough and following up with everything that needs to be followed up on. I can’t say that I’m gonna stay with the company but Ken might be the reason I do.

I recommend this firm for any personal injury case. My case was difficult to deal with directly with the insurance as the other driver only had liability insurance. Nick was helping me with this case and he was able to get additional money from my insurance company aside from the other parties insurance. After Nick was no longer with the company, Crystal was AMAZING to work with. Always kept me informed and I loved that she would get back to you that same day! I definitely will be referring friends and family to this law firm!
