Mark predicted exactly what happened before it happened. The only suggestion I would give is to the client seeking the legal advice. My suggestion is, tell them everything, their memory is amazing! 🚨CONSUMER BEWARE 🚨 Attorney Mobley is the worst attorney our family has ever dealt with. Once I began to ask hard questions and realized that Mr. Mobley is a deceptive communicator and will comfortably tell you one thing today and something entirely different 2 months from now is when the red flags began to rise one after another! Avoid speaking to him on the phone about anything (if you do, Record it) and keep everything in writing!! He is a master at twisting words and pressuring you to do what he tells you instead of legitimately helping you. When a family member committed fraud against the estate he advised the estate to "hope it blows over" instead of advising the estate of how to proceed legally and ethically. The estate has asked him to involve firm managing attorney(s) on 3 seperate occassions and each time Mr. Mobley leads with a different agenda then what is being asked of him. Attorney Mobley characterized the estate as being unhappy with his performance and asked the estate to sign a withdrawal form! SUCH A RETALIATORY AND UNPROFESSIONAL MOVE TO PULL AFTER CLIENTS EXPRESS ISSUES. Something tells me that this is common place behavior when attorneys are confronted... So sad how rigged it is against us all!!! This firm might be highly rated and prestigious, but I assure you that Attorney Mobley will leave a stain on the legacy with the way he treats his UAW GM clients :(

It breaks my heart to write a scathing review for someone I love and never harmed. Kiersten and I met in college and were close friends for many years. We fell out of contact and I sought her counsel in 2025. She was not only cold and curt, but she dismissed facts and factual, legal records in favor of social and theological accord with people who stole my identity, my business and my inheritance. She pretended not to know about the hate crimes against me and instructed her team to refuse all contact with me after I paid $350 for an hour consultation. Now she stalks my Fb page. Make it make sense.
