Kim represent me on me in a custody hearing for my kids in Midland, my ex lawyer states why don't I not drink alcohol with the kids because I am a drunk. I am a casual drinker, in Midland all dads are drunk. I discuss with Kim together and he tells me it would be good for me to do this and I agreed to not drink alcohol with the kids, at the time I did not know that if I got a positive alcohol test while with the kids that I would lose parenting time with my kids down to every other weekend. My ex had a better lawyer and knew if I had a positive test I would lose parenting time. I
switched lawyer and tried getting my kids back, but am only seeing my kids to every other weekend. He does not care if he loses his cases. Avoid Kim, he is a the worst lawyer and risk time with your kids, he is clueless!!
