If an attorney is not working for you or doing a poor job. This is what you do. Document every time you call them and they do not call or email you back. Document when they don't do what you requested them to do. Then send them and yourself a certified letter complaining about this. This is the process to get them disbarred from the State Bar of California. They will be pissed about getting the certified letter but they will then work very hard to get your case resolved, guaranteed. A very rare and honest attorney told me this and it was the best advice I ever got from an attorney. It works like a charm. They don't care about you, only themselves and their job.

My experience with Higgs. Fletcher & Mack was Horrible!! My Aunt. Cousin, and Cousin passed away within 3 months of each other!!! Susan McCure was the most uncaring person that I never met!!! If I asked a question, no answer!!! She then appointed Denise Martin who after talking to a cousin they appointed to be a spokesperson and pulled the plug on my Aunt for the money!! I'm still sick over how they treated my Aunt and cousins
