				The communication was great before she received payment to process my Chapter 13 case. After that, communication declined significantly. It would sometimes take weeks to receive a response or a returned phone call. There were also several instances where I was told something would be handled, but it was not followed through on. Most concerning, my case was dismissed, and I found out through an email alert from Experian rather than directly from her. Based on my experience with the lack of communication, follow-through, and timely updates regarding such an important matter, I would not recommend her services.
