I am extremely disappointed with my experience working with Mr. Henderson. From the very beginning, communication has been a major issue. He does not return phone calls, emails, or text messages, and months go by without any updates or progress on my case. It’s unacceptable that his administrative staff are the only ones responding to emails when he was the one hired to handle such serious legal matters.

This complete lack of communication has left me feeling anxious, fearful, and in the dark about the status of my case. When someone’s life and future are on the line, timely and professional communication is not optional—it’s essential.
Unfortunately, while Mr. Henderson is quick to collect his retainer fee, he shows no visible productivity or follow-through afterward. It feels as though clients are left to fend for themselves once payment is made.
