I tried to use this law firm for a damaged sewer line caused by my neighbors tree roots. At first Mr. Britcher was helpful. I paid for a demand letter. Paid for his review from the neighbors insurance company. I sent him all the information he requested ASAP. Then I was ghosted. I heard nothing for a few months. I tried called for a few weeks and he refused to return my calls. It’s been several months now and no return call. If you want to waste your money on a law firm that will ditch you then by all means contact these people.
