If you care about your money and want good legal service, I would stay away from them.
I hired them to re-negotiate my child support order. I was told during the initial consultation, it's a straight-forward case since both parties are willing to negotiate and asked me to deposit a very moderate amount to a "trust" - kind of refundable retainer. It sounded all nice.
Now, first their legal service:
Their legal service was very average.
1) After the first round of negotiation, when opposing counsel proposed an amount, counsel advised me it's a very good offer. It was me who insisted on and provided arguments why it was not the right way to estimate the income and eventually negotiated it further down. It didn't feel like they are actually working hard on my side.
2) There was a miscalculation on the proportion percentage in the draft order sent by opposing counsel. Not only they didn't find the mistake, when I pointed that out, instead of verifying my claim, they mentioned it's based on a calculator so I am probably wrong. There was unnecessary back and forth and eventually opposing counsel admitted they made a mistake.
Second: They have a outraging email billing policy. Every email communication is charged for 6 minutes regardless of their size and 12 minutes if they have an attachment even if it's just forwarded from the opposing counsel. (There are separate charges for actually reading and analyzing the docs - which is fare).
I ended up paying more than $12000 for less than 100 email communication. And here most of the emails look like: (I removed email address and counsel name for privacy reason).

Will do. Please let us know if there is anything specific beyond the list in the letter you would like to request from OP in informal discovery.
