Wy father paid over 6 figures to have Vince Backs plan his ever growing estate. Highest paid lawyer there. I was at the majority of these meetings as I was Dad’s right hand man. Guess what, an irrevocible trust, written by him, is so revocable my greedy family members (including my mom) tore it up and split everything up, through lawsuits, and made it useless in 3 years. Heidi was the lead after dad died because Vince was sick now. After he went to the funeral. She was the worst lawyer and person I have ever had to deal with professionally. After I had to enforce the rules Vince wrote in our business docs to avoid the problems we endedup having. Heidi recommend my family seek council outside their firm to sue me and the docs they wrote. Then she decided the assets transferred into a trust just a few years prior (by them) wasn’t managed properly and listed it all taxable a second time on his estate returrns. Her advice ruined my family and my 4 remaining family members, including my mother, have nothing to do with me. It all started with Heidi giving advice assuming what our docs might have said.
