Jake Heffernan and his team were exceptional. I had a family member violate probation, and it was up to me to find an attorney while they were in jail. I’m happy I chose Heff Law. He answered all my questions, set everything straight and did not sugar coat a thing. The family members probation violation offered a lengthy potential TDC sentence if not handled correctly. Jake got us exactly what we were hoping for, a sentence to run concurrent to another county, and even fought for additional back time to help shorten the sentence, ultimately letting my family member immediately eligible for parole. Priced fair, great communication, fights a fair fight, and takes care of his clients. Lord hope I never have to, but I would choose to work with Heff Law again if the situation ever required it.
