I went to this group for bankruptcy and it had been a mess. Neil is very rude if you call him with questions and talks down to you like you are annoying him. He directs you to speak or email Ladawn who is very unhelpful. I will email with questions and get a half response. During my actual bankruptcy hearing Neil didn't even show up until the end when the trustee stated I should request a partial refund from my lawyer for not showing up. Now I am here still waiting on my discharge letter to finalize this process. He also refused to help me re establish with my mortgage company during the process, and He still has my 2024 tax documents that he has failed to return. Not to mention I paid a lot of money for little to no effort on his end. Don't go here!
