Despite providing emails and documentation proving unethical behavior by my prior lawyer, Moreland brushed it off as "normal" and claimed nothing was wrong.

He admitted lawyers cover for each other, saying, "Your evidence doesn’t matter"

He lied about the disciplinary process, claiming: *"They’ll only look at 1-3 things and ignore the rest."*

He even pressures clients to waive their rights, confirming a pattern of misconduct.

His advice wasn’t legal guidance—it was damage control for his profession’s corruption.

Mitchell Moreland is not a lawyer you can trust if you’ve been wronged by another attorney. He protects his peers over clients, mocks serious ethical breaches, and actively discourages accountability.
