I cannot recommend Kaitlyn Hoerner based on my experience representing my children in our custody case. Throughout the proceedings, I repeatedly expressed concerns about their father's ongoing unreliability and how it affected the stability and well-being of our children. I felt those concerns were minimized rather than thoroughly investigated or advocated for. Unfortunately, my fears have continued to play out. Most recently, while I was stranded overnight in an airport due to a delayed flight for work, my ex-husband left our children alone at my home on HIS scheduled parenting night without ensuring they had food or adult supervision. Situations like this are exactly why I sought greater protections for my children. In my opinion, the attorney did not fight strongly enough for what I believed was in my children's best interests. As a result, I continue to carry the stress and uncertainty that comes from inconsistent co-parenting. Families deserve an advocate who is willing to fully consider patterns of behavior and their impact on children, and I did not feel that happened in my case.

I worked with Tina for around 2 years. She’s very smart, has the memory of an elephant, a the heart of a pitbull. I hope to never use her again however I know that I am in good hands when under Tina and her team. I am forever thankful for her kindness, an most of all her patience dealing with two adults acting as children. She is great at communicating and explaining things at a high level or low level. Had the Joy of Knowing Mrs Vesper who represented my Daughter (who’s now 12) for a super lengthy case regarding her and her moms ill willed attempts in trying to establish unsupervised Visits without going through the proper channels to get herself mentally well for something to be Cordially established in for the best interest of my 12 year old but she worked and definitely did her job and I hope she continues to be the light in the shadows family court tends to dim on parents that want the best logical, possible outcome for each of the parties involved
