Kind of weird review, but I owed their client a debt. We worked out a deal and Matthew was very accommodating. If I ever have any need for an attorney in the future I’d reach out to them.

My Mom hired Cloyd Havens to change her W&T from Scott Doonan because Scott and my Sister fraudulently put my sister on as POA without Moms knowledge. Mom found out when she went to her bank after Jane Ernst and Scott Doonan stole all Moms
Money. Mom went to her bank and Jane had taken it all out and had it transferred to her bank in Scottsdale Arizona. Mom immediately wanted a new W&T. So She went to Cloyd Havens. Scott and Jane decided to sue us honest sisters for absolutely nothing we did wrong. It was all a scare tactic. I did nothing wrong at all. None of us did! Cloyd Havens turned over our case to Matt Malczynski. In 4 years he did nothing to protect us. Cloyd didn’t even stand up for our Mom! Something very suspicious going on. Jane has alway had trouble with theft. She knows how to pay people off to get what she wants. I firmly believe Jane and Scott have paid people off to help their case. No doubt in my mind. Heads up do not hire any one of these attorneys. Christians are just as crooked as everyone else. Cloyd proved that to us. Stop bragging about what a good Christian you are. You’re not at all! So you sing in the choir! Big deal that doesn’t make you a good Christian. A good Christian and Attorney would have done what was right. Fight for your Client. As for Matt Malczynski he has been a total nightmare. Never did he do one thing for us. We asked for proof of what he said he did and NEVER did he show us anything. Please do not hire this group.
