We hired Hathaway & Kunz on a referral because they were licensed in wyoming and Colorado. Our Father passed away and we had a very complicated small estate. 2 adult children, 2 minor children, no spouse and 2 properties in different states. Lucas and his team were patient (3 years worthof patience), fair and devoted to helping us get through this time. Other attorneys are just about hourly billing and Lucas and his team were more about getting this estate closed for us with as little pain as possible...

I will refer them to anyone needing assistance with estate planning or estate after a loss.

I reached out to Hathaway & Kunz regarding a consultation for potential to do business with them. They scheduled a call with me, never ended up calling(wasting time I had set aside out of my work day), and now are not responding to follow up emails. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
