I needed to file a quiet title case and contacted Chris Ambrose he prepared the Journal Entry which is the final court order in a quiet title case. The case was fairly simple and the Journal Entry was clear and concise. The judge reviewed the evidence, reviewed the Journal Entry and approved the petition to Quiet Title.
