Garrett Michael was an absolute lifesaver during a recent Lake Sinclair transaction, for context Lake Sinclair is 3 hours away from HartmanLaw Firm.

When a last-minute issue came up with a signing package, aka, the buyers needing to sign up where they live and not at the lake, he stepped in on VERY short notice and helped make a courtesy signing happen. He made sure everything got signed and delivered where it needed to be so the closing could stay on track.
