So, what to say about this law firm! If I could give this law firm zero stars, I would! Before selecting this law firm as your attorney, take time to consider them and do your research with other offices! I say this because my brother hired an attorney from this office for his case with his ex aka kids baby mama.... well needless to say, it was the worse decision made because attorney Cooper Prindl was assigned to my brother's case. My brothers ex made false allegations on him because she was listening to another man from another state that she has had an affair with behind my brothers back while he took care of her. She got my brother arrested for false allegations, he was forced out of his house that he owns, couldn't get any of his belongings, not even his tools for work purposes. This attorney told my brother to have family and friends come to the court hearing on his behalf or write a statement in judgment on his behalf. My brother had family appear with him in court and other family write up statements that were emailed to the attorney. However, his family/friends were not allowed to advocate for him on his behalf and none of the letters that were written on his behalf were even heard. This attorney took a retainer fee of $5000 from my brother to defend him in court but Cooper the attorney arrived to court unprepared for court, filed the wrong paper work for the court hearing, and completely ignored everything that he was hired to do! He did not fight nor advocate for my brother what so ever! After this, this lovely attorney office sent my brother an statement/bill for $600 more for doing absolutely nothing! But my brother ended up with the outrageous expenses for an attorney who did absolutely nothing for him! My brother had to vacate his own home, could not see his kids, received a restraining order with no clear directions regarding his children in the event she up and left to go to another state to be with her boy toy, or if there was an emergency with the children. He was not allowed to even get any of his personal belongings! The funny thing is, the court ordered his ex to be out of the house 30 days after the initial court hearing and the no contact order placed due to false allegations that were not proven to be legit nor true and he couldn't even get her out of the house after those 30 days were up! This attorney did absolutely nothing in the best interest of my brother but instead he was a crook and took his money! So, if you need an attorney, think twice before hiring this law office! Look elsewhere and do your research before selecting the wrong law firm that just wants to take your hard earned money during these difficult times!

I hired this law firm and had Cooper Prindl as my attorney for my case. However, when it came time for court, this attorney came very unprepared to the hearing, filed the incorrect papers related to my case, and the second hearing he never even showed up. I was left basically on my own to fight for my rights without an attorney present even though I paid $5000 in a retainer fees and then he sent me a bill in the mail for additional money for services he didn't even fight for my rights. I had to seek counsel from another attorney to fight for my rights and paid more money because I got scammed by this office! Before selecting this attorney and their law firm, make sure you read the comments and do additional research before hiring them as your attorney! They are just here to scam us poor people out of money to make their pockets thicker! Fun away! Far away from this law firm!!!

I was very disappointed with my brothers experience while was in court with him. I felt his attorney did not adequately advocate for my brother's interests during his case. During the court proceedings, the judge stated that his ex was to move out within 30 days, by February 15th. However, that directive was not included in a written order. As a result, my brother was unable to have the order enforced or have her removed from his property. To this day, she continues to live there, and he has been unable to resolve the situation. When my brother later followed up with the attorney, he was told that the attorney could not get the judge's statements regarding the move-out date or his parental rights put into writing. I found this extremely frustrating because those written orders were important for enforcement and protecting my brother's rights. I was also disappointed that more attention seemed to be placed on the child support issues than on addressing the allegations related to the restraining order. I expected more guidance and advocacy regarding those concerns. Throughout the hearing, I felt there were inconsistencies in my brother's ex's testimony. In my opinion, those inconsistencies could have been explored more thoroughly during questioning, but I did not feel they were used to strengthen my brother's case. The court allowed a voice recording presented by his ex to be played. I felt my brother should have been given more opportunity to explain the context of the recording and why he was upset at the time. In my opinion, allowing him to fully tell his side of the story could have helped the court better understand the situation. I also felt my brother was not given enough opportunity to speak on his own behalf during the proceedings. Additionally, I was concerned that no written requests were made to protect his parental rights, such as ensuring he could attend school events, receive notification of school emergencies, or remain involved in his children's education. Overall, I left feeling that important issues were overlooked and that stronger advocacy, better communication, more thorough cross-examination, and proper written documentation could have led to a better outcome.

Unprofessional, failed to follow instructions, and caused costly legal setbacks.I hired this attorney for one specific, critical matter: to defend me against a temporary restraining order containing false allegations. I explicitly instructed him that this was the sole focus of his representation, as paternity and custody issues were already being addressed elsewhere.Instead of defending me against the restraining order, the attorney repeatedly ignored my instructions and focused entirely on child custody during court appearances. Because he failed to address the actual restraining order matter, the order was granted against me.To make matters worse, at the next court date, he filed incorrect paperwork attempting to establish paternity for all three of my children. The judge immediately threw the paperwork out of court because legal paternity had already been established for two of them years ago.This attorney's complete lack of attention to detail, failure to listen to his client, and disregard for my explicit instructions severely damaged my case. His mistakes caused major legal setbacks, forced me to hire new counsel to fix his errors, and contributed to me facing $17,000 in total legal fees. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for competent legal representation
