The absolute definition of failure and incompetence. The lawyer is a walking symbol of nepotism and ineptitude. Showed up to the first hearing unprepared and pissed off the judge. The case, which was rather simple, ended in a horrifying loss and the ultimate surrender of our dogs and inevitably their death. Please, let this be your warning and don’t turn your $50 fine into a supreme court ruling, because with a heavy heart and without exaggeration I tell you, this is what almost happened. All shall be just in due time.

I have nothing but good things to say about Joe Harsh and Kim. He was the second lawyer I hired to help settle a property disagreement with a prior relationship. My first lawyer took over almost two years just to get to mediation and Joe had this case settled in just a few months.
A lot of lawyers in Gallatin are completely about money and once they have it they ignore your case, NOT JOE HARSH!
I walked in on the first day and said "I want to get the ball rolling ASAP". He called me on a Sunday to discuss the case because the ball was rolling and he was ready to make a move. You won't get a call from any other lawyer on the weekend!!!
Kim is an AWESOME assistant and she answered any issue i had very quick. She is truly THE BEST!

Harsh and Kim are amazing. I came to them with a paternity issue that I was told would not be possible to do and they made it happen. Kim walked me through each step and answered all my questions.
