I do not usually complain but I received a call from withheld number with Marguerite 30 mins past my appointment time and they lied about calling multiple times. Friday Appointment from 9am to 2pm cancelled just like that no email no extra attempts for communication. Honestly if nobody want to Volunteer Fridays respectfully remove it from the scheduling system. I Called off of work. Documents are already completed all i need is an extra pair of eyes for review and all I get is go ahead and make a new appointment. Also was encouraged to call the new client line for a new appt which doesn't not operate on Fridays. I answered within 2 sec that the appointment technician from the center number called yet I was told there is nothing they can do and that "tech is bad" if it is bad LETS SCHEDULE IN PERSON APPTS. PLS & THANK YOU. UPDATE called Monday and was told they no longer have any appointments left for the whole month and that they would share a resource list via email. Guess what no ZERO email communication. They screen you for about 2hrs request full social security and all your private business just to string you along for an appointment then ghost you. They also let the phone ring until it plays the same 6 hold songs all the way until the 12:30 pm their closing time they mention and nada zip zilch.
